Who we are
10 years of
built different.
Bamado Gym started with one floor and a simple idea — the right environment changes what you're capable of. 10 years later, that idea is still what we build every day around.
What drives us
Mission, vision
& values.
Mission Statement
Fitness for all
Our goal is to promote inclusivity and create a diverse fitness community, providing accessible, enjoyable, and effective workouts for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
Vision Statement
Strength in unity
We envision a future where our gym unites communities under the banner of health, fostering a familial atmosphere that thrives on shared success and progress.
Core Value
Wellness and respect
Every session, every interaction, every space at Bamado is built on treating people — and their goals — with respect.

Where it
all started
Our story
From one floor
to a standard.
Bamado Gym opened in Abule Egba in 2016 with a single training floor, a rack of free weights, and a founder who was tired of gyms that sold memberships and nothing else.
What started as one room grew into a full facility — group classes, personal training, a recovery suite — but the core of it never changed. We're not here to sell you a membership card. We're here to build the environment that gets you to show up and do the work.
10 years on, Bamado is still run the same way: real coaches, real accountability, and a floor full of people who are serious about getting better.

What we stand for
The Bamado
standard.
Four things guide how we run this gym, coach our members, and build the community on our floor.
Accountability
We track your progress and check in — you're never just a face in the crowd here.
Real coaching
Every trainer at Bamado is certified and hands-on. No spectators, no guesswork.
Community first
The people training beside you are part of why you keep showing up. We build that on purpose.
No shortcuts
We don't sell quick fixes. We build habits and strength that last past the next challenge.
How we got here
10 years,
step by step.
